Terms of use for Starglass: Bubble Shooter

These terms apply when you download or play Starglass: Bubble Shooter ("the game"), published by Dejene ("we", "us"). By playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Using the game

The game is free to download and play. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to install and play it on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, try to extract its source code, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Ads

The game is paid for by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or for the products and services they promote. Rewards for watching a video (extra shots or a power-up) are given only when the video is watched to the point where the ad provider confirms the reward.

Progress and rewards

Your progress, stars, cups and power-ups are saved on your device only. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. They are lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change device.

Ownership

The game, including its name, artwork, backgrounds, sounds and code, belongs to us and is protected by copyright law.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the game.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. The latest terms are always on this page. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
